Application of MBKM Credit Transfer in Biology UI

Required documents for Application of MBKM Credit Transfer

1. Application Letter of Credit Transfer (Surat permohonan Transfer Kredit)

2. MBKM Program Letter of Participation from CIL (Surat Keterangan keikutsertaan program MBKM dari CIL)
3. Certificate from CIL or MBKM program provider (Sertifikat dari CIL atau sertifikat dari pengusul program MBKM)
4. Syllabus Activity Log Book of MBKM (Log Book kegiatan modul/silabus kegiatan MBKM yang diikuti)
5. SIAK NG Transcript (Transkrip SIAK NG)
6. Transfer Credit Berita Acara form (Borang berita acara transfer kredit)
